  Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The benefits of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil:
Medical studies indicate that inhabitants of Mediterranean countries and specifically Italy and Greece, where olive oil consumption is high, suffer fewer cardiovascular problems than other countries in the world, where the ratio of consumption of animal fat is high or simply the nutritional parameters are poor. By reducing the animal fats and increasing olive oil in our diet, we achieve a better combination for the prevention of such fatal conditions as arteriosclerosis and heart attack. Olive oil is known to reduce the risk of heart disease and breast cancer. Studies have shown that women who consume olive oil daily have a significantly lowered risk of breast cancer thanks to the vitamin E contained in it. Extra Virgin Olive oil is particularly helpful in lowering your blood pressure as well.
