DirectorCav. Vincenzo Zaccarini Born in Italy in 1970. Vincenzo has a wife Maria and two children Alexandro and Cristian, who constantly inspire him. He has a great passion for life and food. His enthusiasm for food and his home country lead him to be one of the first importers of Italian rocket to the UK. His efforts to promote Italian food produce have been recognized by the Italian President Carlo Azelio Ciampi. In January 2005, at the age of thirty-five, he was honoured with a knighthood by the Italian Republic. His ambition is to make more people appreciate the importance of good quality food! Our Address:
